Gold Peach Realty, the Georgia brokerage that publishes the Dahlonega Bakery Guide, supports the federal Fair Housing Act and the principle of equal housing opportunity.
Our commitment
We do not discriminate in the sale, rental or advertising of housing based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap or disability, familial status or national origin. That applies to the homes featured on this site and to every conversation about buying or selling one.
How this guide writes about places
Our pages describe Dahlonega through places, public facts, rules and services: the bakeries, their published hours, the parking lots, the parks and the event calendar. They don’t describe who lives in an area or who a home is “right for.”
Featured listings
Listings featured on this guide should describe the home and the property: rooms, land, features and location. If a listing or any page here reads as describing people instead of places, or as steering anyone toward or away from an area, tell us through our contact page. We’ll review it and fix it.
Learn your rights
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development explains fair housing rights and how to file a complaint: HUD Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity.
